Ben Avery Shooting Facility, user groups, Facility Use Agreement

On Saturday October 8^th, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. the staff of the Ben Avery Shooting Facility will be holding a meeting with our user groups to share the updated version of the Facility Use Agreement.  The new document will be effective beginning on January 1, 2012 and we plan on re-newing every January 1 henceforth.  Although attendance is not required, we are encouraging representatives to attend, so everyone is on the same page.   The meeting will cover any new changes to the document along with our new approach regarding how we intend to follow through more consistently on long-standing administrative procedures.  The meeting information is:
